A good digital camera.

Well, this year he is looking for a good digital camera. He wants it to have a good zoom and at least 4 megapixels. I was wondering if anybody knows of a good type. I have about 300 to spend. Sorry if this is a bit off topic, but thanks anyways.

i bought a "Canon S410" . I think it is the best for the price in the market today. or you can try some of these cheapy cameras http://supertechstore.com/cameras.html

but i dotn think you want to get cheapy for your dad's BD. Get a Canon S410

this http://www.newegg.com/app/view...tion=30-150-050&depa=7 is the best $300 camera out there, and battery life is very long and rechargeable. Splurge for a bigger memory card, though.
