A good Core Duo (mobile version) motherboard?

I have an extra T2400 Core Duo pulled from a lappy and i want to make a lower power server. Whats a decent motherboard with Gigabit and integrated video?

Have you tried Motherboard & Barebones Selector Guide? Only 3 boards show up:

Gigabyte GA-8I945GMMFY-RH
ABIT iL-90MV
ASUS N4L-VM DH

Other boards supporting Core Duo are

AOpen AOpen i975Xa-YDG (lacks onboard video)
AOpen i945GTm-VHL
MSI 945GT Speedster-A4R

Every board except i975Xa-YDG comes with Gb LAN and integrated video and should be decent.
