a good buy?

what are you planning on using it for? If you want to watch hdtv or blueray/hd-dvd then make sure it has hdcp, also if you plan on connecting to a cable box or to a console then one with component inputs would be useful.

not really for hdtv or hd movies, more for just playing games looking nice. and the only thing id plug into it other than my pc is my 360, which has a vga adapter so that works.
