A good 17" monitor for under $200?

I need some recommendations fora monitor for my new rig. 17" is probably best; flatscreen would be nice .

It's on a budget so I dont have that much money.

well its not that great,, a bit too deep and very heavy(like 48 lbs)

I'm thinking of returning it and getting another.
