A good 15" LCD monitor

I'm looking for a good 15" LCD monitor, I'm partial to Hitachi so far they have had terrific products that I have been pleased with, but unfortuneatly quality comes at a price and I only have $400 max (inc shipping) to spend.

I want a quick recovery rate (important, sub 30, around 25ms would be nice) and a DVI connection (if possible)..

Also I want quality construction and a good policy and service as far as warrentes go. I dont want a LCD with dead pixles and uneven brightness, and if so I want the service dept to replace my monitor with snap-snap service.

Any help is greatly apprecieated Ive been looking at SAmsung and Mag, but im reletively new in this dept

Planar's current 15' (PL150) has 9ms rise 16ms fall recovery time, 2day air monitor replacement warranty for 3 years and can be found for about $300 computers4sure had them chaep ($279), but they ran out of stock, they should be easy to find under $400 though, only thing is no DVI, good luck.
