A GeForce3 Ti 500, 8KHA+ and Win 2000 Problem

I was reading some articals that Anandtech had written on the EpoX 8kHA+ Board and noticed that they had a problem when installing the drivers for the GeForce3 Ti 500. Does any one know if that same problem exists in Windows XP?
