how to remove spyware:

www.lavasoftusa.com <--- DL the free adaware, update and run daily
google Spybot S&D and repeat above.

Prevention: use Firefox or dont click yes or any web advertisements.
(i use IE for regular and firefox for the more....unsecure places...)


also, does Microsoft spyware work any more, whats the deal with the Beta ending? will it be free when full version comes out?


also, if you already knew this stuff then make your own manual, its not too hard 🙂
