I work at sign shop for a living, and enjoy my job pretty well most of the time. One of the perks of the job is being able to make just about anything I want, lettering, license plates, laminated inkjet prints of any size, posters, etc etc etc.
Well, it seems as if a fellow sign producer across the country was about to retire, and decided to have a little fun on his last day. His local sheriff's department ordered plain white patrol units, and decided to have the graphics applied locally.
The car was driven around for a week until the sheriff noticed what was actually put on the car:

Note that this "phrase" was only put on the passenger side of the car. The doughnuts bit was added by a fellow graphics designer.
