That much is LOLtastic.

A frog can EASILY sit like that - I do feel the frog was most likely PLACED into that position, but it's legs are broken or otherwise positioned incorrectly, and if that were a nail pushed through his back - I don't think the frog would be sitting like it were. It clearly resembles a spine, imho.

It doesn't look tortured, just indifferent. Which with a close up camera, definitely lends to the idea it's a pet or one otherwise acclimated to humans.
