A friend wants to come over to the USA and become au-pair/nanny. Where should I look for eligible families?

Hi guys!
A friend of mine wants to come over from the Czech Republic to the USA and she is looking for a family that would hire her. She would be working full-time, of course, with the family paying for everything, taking her on an occasional trip and pay her some salary. Where on the Net should I look for? She'd like to stay somewhere in the north-east, if possible, but wouldn't mind anything else either. Thanks.

Hmmm...from my parents and the other families I know who have had nannies, they all hire them by word-of-mouth.

Do a google search on au pair agencies and you'll find a bunch. Her only bet is to hook up with an agency for legal reasons.
