I just don't see the point in the racial slurs. Obviously they're trying to get a point across, but the point immediately gets lost in the mix when you start throwing in "beloved patriot" and "beloved patriot" and all that shit. Suddenly the person thinks you just hate hispanics, and that the loud and inconsiderate parts are just tangential to that.

If they really are loud and inconsiderate, say that in the most derogatory manner possible short of using racial slurs. Otherwise you just open up a different discussion entirely and nothing gets done.

Hate crime laws are bullshit, and in any case the cops will do exactly nothing for this. At the best it'll get added to some statistical database that some douchebag will use to lobby for new laws that defy common sense.

A) is the correct answer. It's an 85% chance that she's a shitty neighbor, and needs to reflect on why people hate her.
