A few X800 Pro questions

I have an X800 Pro in the computer I just built, and I would like to know if there is any way to check the temp of it? If so, how do I do it, and what is a good temp?
Also, why is it when I check my AGP speed the only two options are off and 8X, and its set to off and wont let me change (and keep it at) 8X speeds? The computer makes me restart when I change it to 8X, but after it restarts it still says off.

youo need to isntal the drivers for your motherboard. as for a temp reading, if you have the overdrive tab in your drivers then it will show up there.

I have installed drivers for the videocard. And as far as I know I dont have any overdrive tab (though I could have missed it).

Download the latest CATs 4.8s full package 26MB(has both Control panel and drivers) ,also check you`ve 8x AGP enabled in BIOS,btw you don`t say what motherboard you`ve,I presume it supports 8x AGP?

Also you do have the motherboard chipset drivers installed?(especially AGP driver).

Sorry about bumping this up, but the fourms would not let me log in and I had to wait until today to reset my password.
When I put in the CD to load the overclocking program for the X800 I get a message that it contains one or more media types, and it wont play. When I go into the CD and click on setup wants me to choose between the X800 Pro and the X800 Pro secondary. No matter which one I choose it gives me an error message and wont load it.
I have an ASUS K8SE Deluxe motherboard. 8X AGP is supported by the motherboard, and I have no problems running UT2004 with all settings set to max.
Ill have to wait until Monday to connect the computer to the internet, because thats when my anti-virus software is coming in the mail, so I cant download anything yet. Even then my connection speed is so slow (26.4kbs) I rarely have time to download large files.
