- How to configure the client such that it will NOT try to dial up when an internet connection is absent?

- I am running for a MAINTEAM right now under a SINGLE email address. I have a few friends running for me under the same email address. However, I would like to start a new miniteam, using different email address as my friends computer. However, I would still like my miniteam to contribute to the main team. Basically I am adding a miniteam between the emails and the main team. Will the main team loose all my blocks contributed when I move it to the mini team, and then joining the mini team into the main team.
