A few questions regarding OEM Opterons

OK guys - I'm about to start buying the pieces needed for my next system... I plan to get an Opteron 165 or 170, most likely OEM since everyone says to replace the heatsink & fan on the retail ones anyway. My questions are:

1) If I get an OEM chip, what exactly do I need to buy? Heatsink, fan, thermal paste... anything else?

2) I have found on these forums that the Thermalright SI-120 is a good heatsink, and I'll probably go with what pctwo and nealh said in a recent thread and get the nexus 120mm fan. Any comments or can anyone recommend a better heatsink or quieter fan with equal performance?

Keep in mind that I plan to do only light to moderate overclocking (not pushing any limits or trying to set any new OC high, but I'm sure once I get started I'll get addicted to the speed and want more :p )

Thank you in advance for your help!!

Nope, all you need is the heatsink + fan. Thermal paste is optional. Your heatsink should include its own thermal paste. People will recommend Arctic Silver 5 tho. A recent issue of Maximum PC said that the differences between AS5 and random thermal pastes are minimal.

As for the heatsink/fan combo, I have an XP-120/Panaflo 120 combo. The SI-120/Nexus 120 combo should work perfectly. Zalman has nice heatsinks too I hear.
