1. Its been some time since I used Win3.x, but I believe the system resources were listed under the help menu (I don't remember "device manager" until win95)

2. ISDN is between dial-up and xDSL, so I don't think its similar to T-3, but Global Connectivity sounds stupid enough to be right.

3. MSD in DOS was I think, "M"icro"S"oft "D"iagnostics, and "helpful" was a stretch (but it worked) Debug is for checking "Code" conflicts.

4. I could be wrong on all three!
