A Few Questions - ASUS P5K Premium

According to the sticky you're supposed to disable "spread spectrum." I see options for PCIe and CPU spread spectrum. Should I disable both?

On the FSB, I can see it but it won't let me push enter to change it. What is going on?

I can't find the PCI Clock Synchronization setting... where is it?
