Between the 2 MBs which would you recommend?
Gigabyte GA-7N400-L
ABIT NF7 2.0

Is there an actual benefit in buying DDR400+(433,466?.)
with 333fsb Athlon?

Is dual channel absolutely necessary?
How much of a performance hit will there be if I go with one stick?

Will CoolerMaster Jet 7 be sufficient to do some OC and keep the CPU cool?
 
for the Mobo, cant go wrong with either ...though have heard some minor issues with USB ports on Abit

2) you will see only minor gains with DDR400 ....go for it if can afford it

3) Dual channal will only come into play if play a lot games other wise not absolutely necessary

4) what kinnda CPU?
