A few questions about phasechange cooling

Last night, I read a few reviews about the VapoChill LightSpeed phasechange cooling system from Asetek and I have a few questions:

1) How difficult would installing a phasechange cooling system be for someone who has never done it before?

2) Have any of you guys installed a phasechange cooling system before? If so, what was your experience like? Did you find it easy or was it a daunting task?
 
From what I have seen and read, installation has gotten easier, but it is a far cry from installing a fan and heatsink. If you have no experience inside a computer case, then I would highly recommend doing some homework and read up on the subject (google time).
 
istalation is pretty easy with a vapo ls. the prommy still need cork tape and istn the easiest thing to do.
