Just got this game and now that I'm playing the German campaign, I have a few questions...I'm hoping that there are a few people here who've played it and can help me out.
Here goes:
1. Appendix B Hot Keys states to press Alt - F9 to take a high resolution screen shot of the entire map. When I press Alt - F9 (or Alt & F9 at the same time) it does something, because the frame freezes for a couple of seconds. However, there's nothing to paste. Is there any way to take a good resolution screen shot of the entire map and then view it in, say Paint?
2. Currently on the Blitz Krieg mission, where I have to beat Poland, Denmark & Norway & France & Belgium. I need to build a town center or capitol in place of their existing capitol buildings. Does anyone know how to build either one of these when I already have one standing in my city?
