I am interested in selling some old computer stuff in FS/FT, but I don't wanna get banned. So what I did is read the rules and I have a couple of questions.

1. I made a heatware, do I put my username where it says "HeatWare" in my profile?
2. Because I dont have any feedback yet, can I put a link in it to my eBay profile which does?

Yes to both questions. But ebay feedback means diddly to most people here.

1. Yep. Though some ppl just put the URL to their HeatWare page there. Either's acceptable.
2. You might put that eBay link in the actual post or in your sig.

If you're selling stuff they'll most likely ask you to ship first even if you have good ebay feedback

i take significant ebay feedback into account , and it can be faked just like heatware can be faked/stolen

Yes, but more than that I could claim to be anyone on ebay. Just look for someone with a good feedback record selling computer stuff, and say that's me. You could spend time making sure it's the same person, but it's a pain.

Yes. However with no heatware, some people here will say you have no history (regardless of your ebay). They might ask you ship first even though you are selling and they are buying. My advice is to sell the least expensive stuff first and try to cross-ship it. Build up some heatware and then ask for money first on the more expensive stuff. This will limit your exposure, the buyer's exposure and make the first few deals more likely.

I personally never ship until I receive payment (this is why I have no heatware), but it is your choice to do as you please.
