My fiance and I went to California last month for 17 days. I hadn't been back "home" in over two years. My mom threw Tim and I a wedding shower. The first few are of Tim and I and the last few are of my cousin's bird, a sun conyer, Chance.

The only pictures that I took were some of the outside of my cousin's house (that's where we stayed) because it's so pretty. (Oh, and one of their view.) I didn't really think to take many scenery pictures because I'd lived there for so long. lol
 
JM - We arrived in LAX and then spent some time on the Central Coast, went up to the Sacramento area, and then spent the rest of the time back on the Central Coast where I'm from.

Ah well, I can't please everyone. 😛 I wanted to get some beach shots, but we didn't even get to the beach. Plus, I lived there for like 17 years and I'm used to the scenery. lol

For everyone else, Miss HotChic and her hubby are great and wonderful to hang out with. I had a lot of fun with them. *HUG for Paige*

Thank you, Lola. While on vacation in California, I ate like a horse (for me, anyway) and I lost another six pounds and one more when we got back here. Granted, I was more active out there because I wanted to see my family, but it shocked the hell outta me. At our wedding shower, people I hadn't seen in over two years almost walked right by me because I lost so much weight. lol Now to get tonin' on the weight bench we got. 😉

We had a nice time, but we're oh so glad to be home! 🙂 I'll have to post more pictures as I get them resized and uploaded to Photobucket. I really didn't take many pictures out there.

EDIT: I did take sort of a lot, but most are of my cousin's house because it's so cool. lol

That must just be awful hard on her. My son's been away at school for a few weeks, and my wife's already sad as hell. Not me though... 🙁

My mom just moved back to California. (If that's who you're talking about anyway. lol) She lived with us from June of last year to May of this year. So she's seen plenty of me. 🙂 My dad came out with my step-mother in October of last year, so it'd been less then a year since I'd seen him.

Haha Exactly!!! I'd lived in California for too long to be concerned with scenery pics. lol 😉 That and, HotChic is some great scenery herself. 😀
