A few breakdancing clips

Yeah breakers are amazing!

The first guy is THE BEST guy I have seen in terms of technical badassness (not a word but you know 😛). His press ups on fingers whilst in planche is sickening. He is very smooth.

I can do some stuff but nothing too insane.

Love it.

yeah I gotta agree, never seen anything like that before. at the end of the clip he's doing pushups supported soley on his arms. incredible

I'm not much of a breaker 😛.

I'm a weightlifter, tennis, rock climber mainly. I do some Gymnastics on the side and learnt some breaking stuff 😛. Really not much of a breaker at all. They are very talented guys but my Gymnatics coach would b!tch about them having not perfect form 😛 lol. I got a couple of hundred hrs of Gymnatics under me. Nothing compared to any beginner Gymnast.

The position is called a planche in Gymnastics. Very sick move. He is doing push ups in a planche!

IIRC the guy in the first video has a prosthetic leg too.

I thought something was a little odd about him but I could'nt figure it out

Really? It looks like it would be impossible to do the moves he does with a prosthetic leg but it would explain how he can do the push ups in the planche so easily. Or it could just be that he is THAT strong.

That isn't that tough 😛 but yeah I noted it in my first post.

He is holding himself up by 'leaning' forwards. VERY tough on your deltoids. The stronger you are the more you can lean over forwards = move your hand positioning closer to your centre of gravity = balance. Keeping your body straight isn't too much of a problem. The problem is being strong enough to keep leaning over forwards and to hold that position.
