a fast program to view pictures

Hi, i am looking for a fast and "support wide" pictures viewer.

I currectly using ACDSee32 3.0, i have try 5.0, but it seems slower than 3.0.

however, 3.0 doesn't look good on the platform.

I also try Picasa, Platform looks fantastic however, not so user friendly. I can't make it "full screen" at ease. and i don't feel comfortable the way it browse.

I like a the tree liked way to browse.

I don't like the pic view comes with XP.
