I love them having mama sheehan on their front page, that does alot for their credibility. Wow, 37,000 kids have opted out! :laugh:

I'm not sure what these people think they are trying to prove by all this but if parents get to tell the schools they want to opt out of this, then I would suggest that parents also recieve the option of opting out of anything else they don't want their children exposed to.

I agree. Unfortunately activist judges are once again on the prowl, attempting to legislate from the bench and impose their (perceived) moral authority on the masses.

For anyone who would argue, I suggest you take a brief look at the decisions that have been rendered by the 9th Circuit COA in the last few months.

It seems to me that if it is possible to say "keep the recruiters away" it ought to be possible, by the same token, to say "don't ask my 7 year old about his feelings on sex" ...

Yeah, you'd think the same standard would apply but it seems like they only want to pick and choose which controls parents have based on their ideology.
