Hi, I need some help on setup an exchange email user account.

My boss is asking me he wants get notifications email back on people who has read his emails already. I know the exchange server can do that, but i just can't find it, can you help me a little here? Thanks.
 
Using Outlook 2000, its:

Tools -- Options -- Preferences -- Email options -- Tracking options.

Shouldn't have to do anything on the email server.
