A&E had something to do with the death of Dave Thomas?

He was reported dead on Tuesday. A&E last night already had a biography episode done on him. This took them about two days to do. Coincedence? I think not.

Actually, this was aired a while ago. It IS possible, however, that the evil Arby's empire may have been involved.

The A&E bio on Dave Thomas is at least a year old. I watched it last year when they ran a week of Biography on fast food pioneers like Dave Thomas, Ray Kroc, Colonel Sanders etc.

Believe it or not, news organizations keep up-to-date memorials of big name people on-hand so that they can be dropped in at a seconds notice.

Edit: Interesting job to have...."What do you do for a living?" "Actually, I work for CBS news putting together living obituaries for famous people so we're ready to report when they kick it..."

Yeah, I watched most of it. It was pretty good actually. He's gotta be the one of the most successful high school dropouts/GED holders ever though.

Yea, you're spot on the money. People actually do have those jobs. :) At smaller or localized newspapers, the person who does the daily obits usually prepares obit's for local VIP's so when they do kick it, the next day their whole life can be ready to put on the front page. Of course, networks and national papers do this for people worldwide (AP too.)

It was shown over a year ago during a week where they showed biography's of "Fast Food Magnates", or something like that. It's not new.

<< Dave Thomas died after battling liver cancer for 10 years.

I really don't think that his death was "planned" by anyone else.
>>

No, you're wrong. He was assassinated by a professional hired by the trilateral commision (Mickey D's, BK, and Checkers). I know this for a FACT.

I was only kidding about Arby's being involved. They are the source of all things good and right, and would never have anything to do with an act of EVIL like this.

Yup...I believe it...why? Because I've worked with and at several newspaper that did the same thing -- even some college newspapers. The newspapers got a filing cabinet of all the important local personalities and prominent figures in case something happens -- and they'll have them on EVERYONE. One paper I worked at required every reporter to get bios (really obits) for the 10 or so people on their list, for a total of about 80 folks.

news organizations keep up-to-date memorials of big name people , and sometimes they screw up, although not very often as of late.

this is how we got the nobel prize

dont remember his first name, but after the brother of Mr Nobel, the inventor of dynamite, died they aired his obituary calling him a killer etc, as his family had also invented land mines, and water mines.

then he decided to do something for his legacy and started the nobel prizes.
