Never signed any contract for any of my jobs after getting out of the Air Force.
Maybe once a month or so our section will go out to lunch - ussually a mexican place down the road. Everybody ussually has a margarita or sangria - sometimes two. And the boss has been known to pick up the tab :p

Hey, I don't think one is a problem, as long as you eat. The problem is, most companies will not tolerate it.
Most company handbooks will tell you that any use of alcohol, while on duty, is cause for termination.

Not trying to be a prude, but the corporate liability is HUGE, given the "sue happy" society we live in. The other issue is, some people just can't drink one. That's the real problem.
