My sister's dog is kinda finicky (for a dog). My mom's cooking is absolutely dreadful, and the dog serves as a good test subject .... if he won't touch what's on my plate, neither will I.

With a few exceptions, like I tried to get the dog to eat altoids for his breath and he won't touch em, not even if you put the altoids in peanut butter.

My girlfriend's dog was a stray. To survive it used to eat anything it could find. Sticks, dirt, rocks you name it. Still eats bugs occasionally and it absolutely loves grasshoppers.
Only saw it eat a turd once. And then it didn't really eat it, it just picked it up in it's mouth, brought it inside and spit it on the rug for everyone to see.

Not something I've seen a dog eat, but my girlfriend had a cat that ate a ribbon. It got stuck during the excrementious phase and the father removed it with bare hands..

Our dog will eat just about anything....with the exception of his medication.

He can eat around the pills... it really is amazing.

Hide it in Peanut Butter, or anything else for that matter.... the pill comes out clean.

Only thing we've found that works are pieces of Breakfast Link sausages... it appears that he doesn't chew them ... just straight to swallow.

dogs eat cat poop because cat food has a lot more protein and fat than dog food and cats don't digest all of it. yummmee.

If your dog eats poop it needs more iron in its diet, if you mix in beef liver with its dog food once in a while it should stop. Dogs don't eat their poop cuz they are crazy, its cuz they need it.

its common for dogs to eat used tampons. a friend of mines dog will rip up the garbage so the bathroom is a big bloody tampon mess when they come home.

because of the way it tastes/smells. not like anyone taught my dog to go for the litter box but she did. she doesn't eat her own poop or any other turds for that matter. only cat poop.
