A dilemma, moral vs practical

Here's the situation. I leave for vacation on 20 Dec, early in the morning. I take Kung Fu lessons twice a week, Mondays and Wedsnesdays. There is also a class on saturday morning, which I pay for, but only occasionally attend. I always pay on the basis of 3 classes per week, just in case I decide to attend the saturday class. My funds are running a little short, and I would like to have spending cash for the holidays when I'm visiting my family. The instructor is somewhat of a friend, and it probably wouldn't be a problem to simply pay Dec and Jan tuition after I get back from vacation. This would allow spending money when I'm visiting my family.

I'm thinking of blowing off the monday class, 19 Dec, which would give me only 4 classes for the month of December, making it cheaper in Jan when I pay both month's tuition.

just tell him whats up. but just make sure his name isn't Chuck first and isn't in position to roundhouse kick you.

Oh, he'd crush me like a small dog. But, I'll be on a plane heading to the other side of the country. 😛

Chuck will be waiting for you when you get off.

what style do you practice?

can't you pay per class for the month?

I used to take the group classes for $70 a month, but after a year I took private lessons for $40 an hour. I think I get more value taking private lessons.
