i have been expirimenting with my food intake and was not making to much progress, then i got a fantastic idea: the RUSSION ROULETE DIET! it was like lightining just struck my brain.
so every meal time (3 times a day) i flip a coin, heads i get to eat the meal, tails i dont. so it cuts my food intake in half. i think its really gonna work, ive lost a couple poinds. only problem was friday i got unlucky and had no food :'( but ive got a ways to go anyway to my first goal of 300 lbs so i figured ill tough it out like a man
