Where does it say they are Democrats? It says they are two former CIA analysts who think Bush is doing a terrible job. That doesn't require a party label, just a little common sense.

Cute, but really worthless.

Cliffnotes:

First paragraph: Kerry has good domestic policy but his foreign policy sucks as much as Bush's.
Second paragraph: Their issues are Bush's push for US hegemony, invasion of Iraq and support for Israel.
Third paragraph: They think the Bush doctrine is BS and hate the fact that Kerry supports the same thing.(massive military build-up, ability to project US power wherever it wants in the world etc)
Fourth paragraph: Another attack on US hegemony, but this time dealing specifically with Iraq. They think it was and continues to be a mistake. They hate the fact that Kerry only seemed to be a fervent anti-war support when he was trying to get the nomination, but now he doesn't seem to be much of one.(He doesn't like how Kerry wants more troops. The article also says that we should get out of Iraq altogether)
Fifth paragraph: He thinks the current US policy of unequivocal support for Irael is a joke and that something needs to be done about it.
Sixth paragraph: They reassert that they hate Bush's policy and that Kerry's policy is just as bad. They also think the neocons are idiots.(but notice they don't say regular old conservatives)

It is more of a "Republicans aren't having who should [John McCain] be running so we'll support the other guy" article

Also, on who wrote it.

Kathleen and Bill Christison are both former CIA political analysts. Kathy has been a freelance writer since resigning from the CIA in 1979, dealing primarily with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict.
Before retiring in 1979, Bill was director of the CIA's Office of Regional and Political Analysis. He has written extensively in recent years on the problems of U.S. foreign policy.

Again, nothing really sticks out that they are Democrats, just that they cannot stand Bush's policies and that Kerry does not offer much on foreign issues.

If the Dub's plan for the occupation of Iraq is any indication of his foresight then I serisouly doubt that any alleged plan of his for world domination is worth wringing your hands over!

Red:

No kidding. You took the words right out of my mouth.

Bush and the neocons are their own worst enemies. If they had just stayed out of Iraq and done a good job in Afghanistan, Bush would have been a mortal lock for re-election. Instead, he's given Mr. Stentorian a running start at winning the race.

If Republicans were any dumber they'd be called DEMOCRATS. :)

The problem, of course, is that the other side of the voting public doesn't think at all- they merely believe, leave their gonads to do the thinking. Just one thing, though, there aren't any brain cells down there...

No plan for world domination? Think again- heck, this is a link that you guys might actually read. Get those control-freak "I'll be rich someday when America rules the world" juices flowing. I recognize that care must be exercised- wouldn't want to awaken the sleepwalkers, the hypnotized, the near brain-dead, disturb their dreams of perfect Corporate harmony in Jebus and Dubya (Image of Old Glory in the background, bring up the Martial music)- it won't hurt you, I promise...

And, yeh, the letter has a definite point- I don't like the way the Kerry campaign is being run, either. Most Americans harbor progressive ideals, they've just been conditioned to believe that they're really "conservatives", by the reactionaries currently running the republican party and their spin machine. Most Americans have a real sense of honesty and fair play, and Dubya ain't delivering...

Cliff notes? I find it amazing that you thought these were needed. The interesting aspect of this is that Kerry did very well in the primaries for some unearthly reason. Maybe Dean's implosion helped, but Kerry pulled his own weight after that. Now, with the US in REAL trouble on the international stage and floundering here at home, the dems can't field a candidate that can do any more than barf-up slogans like "Stay the course!!!(tm)." Their reaction to this situation is great to watch.

If some of you "conservative" pansies would put it back in your pants for a while you might notice that history is being made right NOW. The elites (fanatics), from BOTH parties have taken over, with the media in tow and millions morons ("I saw the FIRST sentence and couldn't take any more!" gag) who are more than willing to belittle/dismiss/HATE on command.

These are VERY interesting times that will shape our nation, for decades to come, and the BEST some of you can do is to wax pseudo-intellectual before promptly covering your eyes and ears. The framers are spinning in there graves.
