i'm looking to setup a small home server, and i don't want to spend much. right now i'm thinking of a dual celeron setup.

i want something that has udma-66 ability... and say about 4 dimm sockets... 5 pci slots would be nice too (I might manage with 4). I don't need SCSI because I have a 3940UW card lying about.

I'd really like the board to support both celeron and p3's (the p3's for later upgrade).

Is there anything like this that will work?

OR...

I already have 2 slot-1 cel 300a's that I can overclock to 464... has anyone had any luck tinkering with these to get the SMP setup? I know there are several how-to guides, but i'd like to hear of some success stories before I try.

If I am to go this route, what's a cheap and decent dual slot-1 MB?
