Below is an e-mail that I sent requesting this guy's network login. Now, keep in mind that we also have phone logins too, they are numeric. My question is, what part of "Network Login" did this guy not understand? As this is a real e-mail, you must read from the bottom up for the full effect.

To make matters even worse, notice that he even spelled his network login name wrong. I decided it was best to make an assumption and cease communication with him to save my sanity.
