My friend just moved into a new house in Huntington Beach. The housewarming party was last night. I live in Anaheim, and it's a straight run down Magnolia from my house to his. The speed limit on Magnolia in Anaheim is 40. Everyone does 45.
Cross the city limit into Westminster (and Little Saigon). Speed limit goes up to 45. Everyone does 35.

It's been like that for 10 years. For some reason the people that live around there drive horribly slow! That posted speed limit is a cruel joke since it's nearly impossible to get anywhere NEAR that speed. 🙁
Although at 1am when I was going home, I actually got to do 50. Whew. Felt much better... heh
