A crowded motherboard???

I was looking at getting a TextEVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail but I wanted to keep the possibility for an additional 8800gts/640mb. Also I was going to get a creative sound card and a TV tuner, so that takes up both pci slots. The pictures of the motherboard make me believe that I would have to give up one of the pci cards in order to do sli. Is this true, and if so is there any other board you would recommend that supports an e6750?

The 8800 GTS is a dual slotter, so yes, the slot next to the PCIe x16 is completely obstructed and unusable. In this case, you would lose that rightmost white PCI slot, if you SLied, leaving you with a single usable PCI slot.

Another thing to consider is that even a card in the position as that blue PCIx x16 slot on that board may not be a good idea. A long PCI card (like some tuners and sound cards) are long enough to cover the intake hole on the GTS if you use them in the slot that's two slots away from the PCIe x16.

ok that helped now it looks like i need another motherboard any that would give me the same kind of performance
