a credit card with price protection program and no anual fee?

Hi! I just got a mail from Citibank and they are asking me to apply for their Citi Diamond Preferred Rewards card. I noticed that:

Plus, if you buy almost anything and see it advertised for less, we'll refund the difference up to $1000 courtesy of The Price Protection Program.
The Citibank Price Protestion Program is underwritten by Triton Insurance Company. Certain conditions, limitation and restrictions apply. Details of coverage will be provided upon cardmembership.

Is this same as the Best Price Guarantee in American Express? If so, that's a hot deal then, since this card has no annual fee.

This has been discussed before and I believe there are a few "catches" which make it not as hot as Amex BVG was (which died on May 1, 2003).
