These guys have come up with a 2GB USB drive that actually fits in your wallet and is the size of a credit card.

you can't see where the usb plug goes? it goes OVER that little piece hanging off.

i think its pretty cool actually.
 
cool.. and if you've seen the SD cards w/ built in USB jacks, it'll be pretty thin. However, yeah, that thing would break in my wallet.
