Question A Couple Ryzen 5 3400G on X570 Questions

I bought a Ryzen 5 3400G to use in a file server build and hoping to virtualize OPNSense. I am replacing on older one built in a desktop case with a new built in a NAS case (Silverstone CS380). I had originally planned to use the Asrock B450 K4 since it had an additional ASMedia SATA Controller for 2 more ports. That didn't work out since it didn't have a flash bios button. So, I decided to go with the MSI X570 Gaming Plus, for future upgrade-abliity. So, my main concern is if there is are 4x PCIe M.2 lanes coming from this APU? Also, other than the inferior connectivity to the PCH and only 8x of PCIe 3.0, are there any other slots or ports on this motherboard that I won't be able to access?

It has 20, but 8 are reserved for the iGPU even if a dGPU is used. So only 8 for PCIe x16 slot is accurate.

I suppose that's the best way to think of it. Technically there are another 4 going to the chipset but you can't use those for obvious reasons. Make sure you use the right M.2 though. One is off the APU, the other is off the chipset and will be bottlenecked to an extent, potentially significantly so depending on how much else you put in your computer.
 
Well, then my CPU was broken, it wasn't detecting the M.2 drive. I have returned it and another arrives today.
