1. - How do enable the SweetFX? I wanted to play around with these, but don't see where to enable things ("Enable SweetFX" box wont let me check it).

2. - How to enable "Dynamic VSync" (DVC) and "Dynamic Frame Rate Control" (DFC) at the same time.

1. You have to download the SweetFX suite separate from RadeonPro which then integrates.
2. You can't. The two work completely differently and don't mix.
