Is there a way to tell ebay that I already shipped an item?
When I go to the MyEbay page, it shows I have one item that I need to ship. I already shipped it, but didn't use ebay to print the shipping labels. Is there a way to clear this?

I'm confused about how ebay decides what items to show you when you browse to a certain category. I listed a book under the category Books > Fiction and Literature.
When I tried to look at all Books and sorted to see the auctions that were ending soonest, my book wasn't in the list even when it should have been.
Is this because it was in the subcategory Fiction and Literature?
Can I list it just under a broader category or is there some other way to make it show up?

In other words, how should I categorize items I'm selling to get the largest number of people to see them?
Do most potential buyers search for specific things or just browse and look at auctions ending soon?

lol...

Dont worry about whether or not eBay knows whether you shipped it or not.

Sometimes it takes a few hours for an item to show after listing.

And I'd put the item where it belongs, it'll come up eventually, just give it time.

It's just irritating for it to still be listed as something I need to ship. I thought there might be some way of clearing it from my list.

On the second question, I'm not talking about when I first listed it. I'm talking about when there was 1 hour left until the auction end. I went to the Books category and clicked the Search button without entering any search terms. Then on the display, I chose to display by "Time left until auction end". So the first items listed are those with like 1 minute remaining. So I keep clicking the next page until I'm looking at auctions with 1 hour left, and I didn't see my auction in the list where it should be.
So I'm wondering if it has to do with category or not. In other words, should the listing under Books include all the book auctions even if they were listed with a subcategory?

Or now that I think about it, it could have been that I was only scrolling through the featured listings and not making it to the regular listings. So I guess that's another question. Any ideas on how to get your auction noticed when it's in a category where the first 10 pages are "featured" listings?
