A couple ipod/itunes questions

Can you sync your ipod with two itunes?

I have my regular itunes set up at home, but i'd like to be able to download podcasts at work and then sync it.

Will it let me do that?

Follow up question: If I can do that, can i add things to the ipod without having it remove my songs on the player and/or without putting all of the ipod library onto my work itunes?

This should be possible as long as you turn off automatic updates both at home and at work. Then you can just drag and drop from the library to the device.
