Well had the water tested by the lab at work. Not normally their thing so i still need to send a sample off to a real lab. But my friend basically said it did have calcium in it so i guess that means i have Hard Water?
I did go ahead and buy a water filter for under the sink. A three filter Whirlpool setup. Works wonderfully great and tastes amazing (like it more than the brita). Luckily my parents said they'd buy it off me if i end up needing something different after getting the water sample back from a real lab.
Now for the hot water recirc pump. I've never been so lost lol. It seems like some pumps attach to the hot water discharge of the hot water tank and dont require a return line....just a valve at the furthest sink. Some one the other hand attach to the return pipe on the hot water tank and a sensor goes there as well to tell it when to run.
I think i want the type that just hooks onto the discharge as that seems way easier to install/work with.
So i think i've come up with what i want. Which is this one.

Sounds like it
-Has a timer
-Simply installs to the hot water discharge of the hot water tank
-"sensor valve" goes under furthest sink
So that would work for what i want right? Just plop it on the discharge, install the "sensor valve" and its good to go?
