I've checked it, but I don't really notice anything. What exactly does it do? :confused:

For the curious, pipelining allows Mozilla to get multiple objects in one "sweep". So instead of first requesting index.html, then image1.jpg, then image2.jpg, then image3.jpg in four different connection requests, it can request all four files during one session.
All pipelining does is save the overhead of connecting and disconnecting (and all the negotiation involved with that)... not a lot of difference.

At least that's how I understand it.

even broadband can feel the difference on slow servers...

The better question is "Would any dialup users want to download Mozilla?" I forget how big the file is, but I'm sure it would suck on dialup.

I've already tried it, and it makes a huge difference on web sites that have a lot of graphics.
even broadband can feel the difference on slow servers...
So it benefits everyone, regardless of the speed of your Internet connection?

install the MS drivers
