I'm having some trouble finding what motherboard would be best for me. I plan to do some pretty high overclocking on a 3000 venice to around 2.6-2.7 ghz. So far, I've picked out these boards:

1. Ep-9NPA+ ultra
2. Abit A8N Ultra
3. DFI LanParty Ultra-D

I know the Epox, and Abit will at least work, but I'm still unsure about the DFI. I'm only using a 430W power supply, and it requires 480W. I'm also getting (2 x 512) Corsair Value Select RAM, which i'm also unsure of. I've heard the "value" RAM doesn't actually work that well with this board at least.

Has anyone else tried value RAM on the DFI? < 480W power supply?
Which motherboard do you guys think is best?

DFI will OC fine but my question is...How are you going to do that with Corsair Value RAM?

Edit=I haven't tried the Value RAM with the DFI but it does work with the Abit and DFI would just need an updated BIOS if it's having current problem. The thing here is that with a locked CPU unless you change the RAM dividers on the Value RAM it won't OC without taken a performance hit.
