no. it's a news article from one of the biggest chinese news site. kind of like CNN or BBC.

reading the article... they say there are worms on the bone he saved because it's been a while... damn...

they forced the guy to sign an agreement saying he won't hold anyone responsible for his injuries or else they won't pay for his surgury.

BS! It says he fell off a building because he was being stupid and landed head first on the ground. That's why there is the picture of the building in that article!
