Hey everybody i am from Everett, Ma. I was wondering if anybody from around the boston area knew how to find out about computer conventions, meetings or just big comp events that happen in the area. I always hear about big events like a day or two to late. So if anybody knows how i can find out i would appreciate it.

tried the local paper the only thing you can read in the globe and the herald is people complaining about the big dig.

MS always has workshops and stuff going on out in Woburn.

I haven't heard of any...The only comp related thing I go to is the MIT flea market, I'd be interested in this too

I found a listing of Shows and Conventions on the state's tourism site. Just make the search for "computers" under "topic" and give it a time frame.

Edit: Huh, there don't seem to be any computer conventions listed.
