Well I was expecting something completely different.

Personally, I've been wanting to start a thread asking dmcowen what the secret of Monkey Island was but haven't decided if that would be considered call out or not.

i think this is what they either have in europe or asia. only the person calling gets charged. i think that makes a lot of sense, since that's essentially what happens on a landline.

Yeah, I can't believe US networks get away with this shit

The only time UK networks charge for an incoming call is when you're roaming, which is why everyone switches their phone off or leaves it at home The EU just smacked them down on their exorbitant pricing too so they have to charge a lot less from now on.
