A bunch of messages on start up, please help...

StartService - The service database is locked
Startservice - Can't start kernal mode driver service
Error - Can not load EIO.DLL

I keep getting these 3 pop ups when my windows starts, the only thing I did before I got them was switch video cards from a MSI 6600 GT pci-e to a Asus 6600 GT pci-e on my Asus SLI - Deluxe mobo. Could that be the problem?
