Okay, there a tons of bookmark managers out there. Many are quite feature rich and nice, but more than what I'm looking for. For one, a lot of them are seperate programs running in the tray or whatever that you use for launching your favorite websites. But I don't necessarily want yet another program running on my system for such a thing.

So here's what I want. I would like to design a web page that contains links to all my favorite sites and set that page as my browser's homepage. The trick is being able to easily and quickly add new links (favorites) to the page without having to open up my editor to edit the page every time I find a site I want to add.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists?

I thought maybe I could do it by adding a form box to the page that I could paste the url into and have it write to the document. This would work until I rememberd that what it writes to the document will be lost on a refresh or when the browser is closed. Anyone familiar with html that knows of a way to have it write permanantly to the document so that the new link would still be there the next time the page is opened?
