A bit old, but still performs similar to a Radeon 9800np in most cases and beats a 9800 pro in others.

any links that show that it beats a 9800 pro in some cases? not flaming, was just suprised that it does.
 
I doubt it ever beats a 9800 pro, as it usually can only best a 9800np by a few fps. Still a great card for at $209.
 
Definitely a great price IMHO; however, I might be tempted to spend the extra 30 and get a 9800 pro. However, that doesnt' make this a bad deal... it just shows how great of deals there has been lately. 9700pro is a very decent card 🙂
